At Special Wire & Tube we undertake alot of customised projects. Some of the standard work we do is listed below. If you have any specialised needs, please feel free to Contact Us. Our cut to length service allows you to buy only what you require, rather than having to buy a whole length of tube, steel or wire. Our turnaround time (depending on the size of the job) is usually 5–10 working days. We will happily do one-offs or thousands, our design or your own. We offer a wide range of finishes including, zinc plated, gold passivate, chrome, nickel, powder coated, plastic coated, or galvanised.
- Projection and spot welding - 5kva up to 75kva
- Mig and tig welding
- Wire forming - 1.6-12.7mm in either mild or stainless steel
- Tube bending - maximum capacity 25mm square tube, 25mm round tube
- Wire cutting - 1.6-25mm
- Punching and shearing - 65 tonne capacity
- Mesh up to 2 x 1m
